Xbox live enforcement support

I understand getting banned for sending the word a**hole to someone by message. what I do not understand is having to answer questions about not sharing sexual related content and a bunch of other questions that have nothing to do with why I'm appealing
for the ban removal. Also there should be a way to contact someone about this, the amount of money I have spent and the time I dedicated into using my Xbox consoles sure made me angry when I had to answer that quiz. Very unimpressed with how this is handled

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".
