    Xbox live enforcement does not operate fairly and needs to be overhauled and updated software to suspend players that make unsubstantiated claims against other players. These really good players that are being targeted by other players that do not like
    to lose, but their is not retribution or software to prevent these actions.

    You have developed a system that is completely flawed by allowing players to complain about other players with no consequences to them for filing a false claim against other players.

    The minimum you should change is by placing on the complaints page a notice that every player has to read and accept the terms that advise them that any false claim made against another player or players will result in a minimum suspension of 3 months for
    the first offence and 6 months for the next one to avoid them doing it to another innocent player.

    You system should ensure that any complaints are by players who have actually played the player they are filing a complaint about.

    I was told that players can divulge the gamer tag of the player they want suspended to their friends to file a complaint against them merely because they lost badly to them and they are trying to falsely get them suspended and asking their friends to help
    them do that.

    I hope this is not true that you have designed software that is that flawed and does not ensure the player filing a complaint about the player they are complaining about to make sure they even played them and therefore have the right to even file a complaint
    about them.

    Every player should be tracked for the number of complaints they file and who they are against. If someone is ranked much higher than the player they are complaining about, then they have really have no right to complain that the higher ranked player is cheating
    when based on the rankings they are a far superior player and to someone that is not good they may think the other player is cheating when the fact is the player is just that much better than the player filing the complaint.

    I do not know the criteria you use to give suspensions but I can tell from the number of suspensions my sons have received lately that your criteria is not sufficient enough to ensure that the players you are suspending should be suspended. In fact I will
    guarantee you are giving the players complaining way to much leeway to filing false complaints against other players.

    Just for example last night 2 of my sons and 2 of their friends all got suspended for 1 day for just beating other players really bad.

    Now explain to me how 4 players in 3 different houses are all cheating. If they were cheating you should have a minimum number of players and not all players that are friends filing complaints against players that are just better than them.

    Before you actually suspend someone you should make sure they are guilty and you have proven to me that your system does not ensure that.

    If this ever goes to court you will be liable for all the lost play time any player you have ever suspended without proving your case. If just one of my above statements are correct I will guarantee someone like me or others that know their legal rights
    will launch a case against your company and you will surely lose.

    I hope you take my advice and implement software and other means to avoid suspending innocent players which your company has done and is still doing on a daily basis.

    You have a serious issue I hope this gets addressed immediately to avoid further action.

    I want to be made aware of the changes you propose to do and when to avoid this unjust and avoidable punishment to innocent players.

    The enforcement team do not make other users aware that their account have had reports filed against them, unless the report is valid. They don't tell users who reported them either. You don't need to tell other players you are reporting them.

    Even if you do tell others you are reporting them, and they report you, an enforcement action will only happen if you have done something against the Xbox Code of Conduct. Filing false complaints, or getting friends to file complaints against another player, that
    are false, will not result in a suspension. The system isn't automated, all reports are looked by real people.

    I need a way to file a complaint against live enforcement for dereliction of duty, neglect of the customer. Backstory is I have found under 18 kids on mature games, people griefing and harassing players in the division, reported them and live enforcement
    failed to ban them. This is the definition of irony, you report those causing the problem and you get the bann.

    When I call the number to their building, I get told that no customer can talk to live enforcement managers. I have reported over 200 players for violations of the live code of conduct and I get the bann. I need a way to file a formal complaint against
    enforcement that will end in administrative action against them.

    well first you need to visit the enforcement site

    Because all of what you just said is just myths

    And most of what you said is how complaints are handled is actually handled that way just not an automated proccess

    It isn't an automated proccess

    If you goto the website they will show you how they proccess false complaints and real complaints now if you are talking about rep that is completely different and you know better

    Rep isnt what you or your son think it is

    It is what the community thinks of your behaviour

    If you think they are sore losers maybe the issue isn't the system

    That would be your son

    That shows bad sportman like behaviour

    Now if it is a suspension

    This is how it actually works

    A player files a complaint or spam reports doesn't matter as it takes one valid report really

    In due time (they are busy)

    A reviewer looks at the report and looks at the connecting data and video or audio depending on the complaint

    If found false like a cursing when there is none even hidden via subbed words

    The complaint is filed false and the said complainer gets a lower accuracy score for future complaints hence why spam complaints don't work

    And is tossed in the bin

    Now if proven right the reviewer makes some notes and sends it off to the next team for further review or issue a punishment depending on severity and repeat occurrence so if you have previous incidents better what it erogenous suspensions or repeat suspensions
    can lead to worse bans including a perm ban

    This proccess takes weeks not days depending on accuracy and severity

    While you wont get banned/suspended for false reports you should not be able to report anyone you like without some sort of online interaction first.

    File a complaint against the user via the dashboard. Moderators on the Xbox Live Forums do not have the power to ban users, only the Xbox Live Policy enforcement team can do that. The best way complain against a user is to file a complaint.
