    Xbox Live Enforcement Issue


    I received a 14day suspension lately. I've took some proof photos on my phone about my messages, no trash talking. I received the ban at 21th Dec. 7:30Pm, when i was not even online. There is a problem on your side, like banned the wrong person. I don't
    want to be banned at my christmas holiday. When i visited enforcement.com, there was no message which I was banned for, so I did not found there a reason at all. I demand the lifting of my ban. I dont think that banning someone at christmas for no reason is
    a good behavior from Xbox Live! My gamertag is OP DavidHUN and think about what you're doing!

    Xbox Live Enforcement Issue

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or at support can do anything.

    The only way to appeal a suspension is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site HERE

    Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time so you could of been suspended for something you did days or weeks ago which is why the suspension happened while you were offline.
