Xbox Live Enforcement is kidding me !

So im almost playing Xbox for over 12 Years.

My Profile is almost 10 Years old never did something that bad.

But this freaking Enforcement Team is a mess ?

My english isnt great but i try to explain..how is it possible that someone is still not banned after 2 months of being an racist over Messages ? Of course i can just block this Person but i also Report every message this Kid is sending me.

And this is not the first time its happening ?!

People use racist gamertags just by changing some letters.

People Report those kids and he can still play after almost 6 Months ?!

So this Kid is destroying my and Others online experience.So after he messaged me,i messaged him Back with only " what a **** you are " and after 2 hours i got a communication bann for a day ? Remember ..that was the first time i answered him and i get
a bann for using the word **** ? Its happening every time i Play.. i dont really care about getting a block for a day or something .. because i dont sit 24/7 hours Home and play Videogames but thats just disgusting and a total mess..

Just because someone is loosing in a virtual game,doesnt mean people or most likely kids can do whatever they want without getting a bann ?!

How do you know this person hasn't been suspended ?

You are not told the result of any report you file so have no way of knowing whether this person has been suspended or not.

On very rare occasions you may get a thank you message from the enforcement team if action is taken due to a report you've filed but they will never give you the details.

Doesn't matter if you've been on live for 1 year or 10 years,if you break the rules & are caught the punishment will be the same.

As mentioned already,report,block & move on.Let the enforcement team do their thing while you can go off & do yours & not receive any harassing messages from this individual.

Getting pressured into using language and being banned for it is the worst. The best thing you can do is take what he says with a grain of salt. He is intentionally trying to get a rise out of you and if you let him, he gets what he wants. Just try you best
to treat people the way you would want to be treated and just try to laugh about it. He is wasting his time trying to insult people to make himself feel better. Keep your chin up lad

Hi, I fell your disappointment... When you encounter peolple like that I suggest you to simply do the following:

- block him

- mute him

- report him

If you block him, he will not be able to play with you and cannot destroy your experience

The enforcement team is working hard to clean xbox live form people like that and only in this way you can help them in their work
