    Xbox Live Enforcement Help


    I received a notice from Xbox live Enforcement team and it was a notice for a comment or activity feed post and said it was bad and now it's on my Enforcement history. I don't talk trash on Xbox live and would like to have the enforcement action removed
    off of my history as I have done nothing wrong. Just looking to get a hold of someone from the enforcement team and discuss the matter.

    Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

    Hey there PonyBoy 73,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    I got an enforcement action placed against me and I didn't do anything. It was issued at 5 am/EST and I logged off Xbox Live at 4 am. Why do I have enforcement action placed against me? I was in a Xbox Live party with my friends the whole night, I never
    went into game chat. I'm also confused about the fact that it was enforced at 4:04 am/EST but I logged off before 4 am. I'm concerned that I will have enforcement action placed against me in the future again when I haven't done anything. I also can't apply
    for a case review so I don't know what to do. I didn't do anything wrong or violate the Communications Policy of Xbox live. I could really use some assistance and would like this to get solved.
