Xbox Live Enforcement Help for Gamerscore staying at 0

I have an account that was compromised and the Gamerscore was hacked to max out every single achievement for every single game that I had played. Prior to the Gamerscore hack I had 16,000 Gamerscore, but it was all reset and I couldn't unlock any of these
legitimately unlocked achievements back again, they were basically locked forever. On the Xbox One I can visually see all of my achievements still unlocked, but the Gamerscore is at 0, even the hacked ones. The legitimately unlocked achievements are clear
to see as they have the date at which they were unlocked, eg; 12/09/2012, whereas the hacked ones have no date on them.

I want the hacked ones completely removed, and either the legitimate ones given back to me, or the chance to unlock them again, as I had no control over the Gamerscore hacking as my account was compromised.

Further information: The gamerscore hacking occured around 2013/2014, at which time I had no access to the enforcement tool which I have been linked to several times. Hopefully I can get this resolved as my main goal is to just have the legit Gamerscore
credited back to me (which was around 16,000 prior to the hacking) or have the achievements open to unlocking again), as they have sentimental value to me as they were unlocked a long time ago.

I put in over $200 on my Xbox my Xbox with xbox card in 2017 and my VIP is still at 0% just wondering why?

 

You can only gain new achievements you never gained before so if you did 100% of achievements in a game you can't get any more for that's game

Regardless if they were moved or nkt

 

RResets are permanently you only don't get the cheater label anymore if it was a compromised casse

 

Just going to wait until somebody from the Enforcement Team can confirm this. There is no way that I shouldn't be able to get my gamerscore back if it had nothing to do with me, or at least have the chance to earn it back!!
