Xbox live enforcement does nothing for in game and party chat harassment

Im so sick and tired of people constantly griefing and harassing others players while in game or in the chat. You can harass the cr@p out of someone all you want that way, but the second you send a message calling someone a [mod removed] you are com banned.
All the while large amounts of hate speech, vulgar slander, and sexual harassment happens both in party chat and and gameplay. Yet xbox live does nothing about it. Its extremely frustrating and ruins your whole online expierence. Might just sell my xbox and
pick up a new hobby if i see nothing done soon in the future for this.

im sure when it comes to that you need multiple reports for action to be taken.

You should never retaliate. It's hard to do, but just ignore them. Block, report, and move on.

You should try reporting their actions, as that will get them banned.

After reporting, i recommend blocking them. No communications will go through to you, save yourself hearing verbal rubbish
