Xbox live enforcement complaint to [Mod remove]

My friend [Mod remove] has swore and trash talked to me for about 3 months and recorded my conversations and glitched xbox live services.I go in private chats and he just records everything and really gets on my nerves by continuously swearing. Also he found
a glitch on how to appear offline forever and then it glitches peoples profiles. I spoke to Philip and Marie in a live xbox live chat so this is a copy of what I said.

I'm afraid if someone has submitted a complaint there isn't a way to remove that complaint. Keep in mind that the Enforcement team looks into every complaint. Make sure to take a look at
Enforcement.xbox.com for information on how the Enforcement team works and info on complaints.

Report on your console,block and avoid.

Why would your have conversations or be friends with someone that just abuses you for 3 months??

 

He was my friend but when he does all of this stuff it's usally when I'm in a party with my other friends and he is always there to annoy me. And he eventually stops so I'm his friend then it happens again he WAS a good friend

 

Reporting has never done anything all my friends have had bad expierances with him but he is now their friends again they all reported him but nothing happened that's why I filed a formal complainant to the xbox live enforcement team

 

You didn`t file a formal complaint with enforcement as they do not visit here.

Enforcement do not accept any form of reporting other than on your console.

I suggest you all un-friend him at the same time, and get on with your lives.

 

I did I got an xbox official to speak to the xbox live enforcement team. This person does this to lots of people

 

No one from phone support interacts with enforcement concerning complaints.

If they told you they are looking into it,they are not,console reporting is the only way to report.

No one on these forums are microsoft staff or enforcement.

Everything you post here will never be seen by enforcement.

 

If you must know it was Microsoft chat. I spoke to Philip and he has created a report for the profile to be banned! Now if you may please leave this fourm

 

Microsoft chat is support,they do not have anything to do with enforcement,they do not create reports to get people banned.

A competent member of support would have told you to report on your console.

Whether you want to hear the facts or not is up to you, what you don`t get to do is tell me to leave the forum when explaining them to you.

 

As Owen has already mentioned, the only place to formally lodge a complaint against someone is through your console using the tools offered to you. Whatever Support told you is incorrect. File your complaint, block communications with said user and avoid
them. That is the best advice anyone here can give you.
