Xbox live enforcement ban

Probably listed this completely wrong but I need help with a wrongful ban.

last messages I sent before I got banned was:

me: I'm going off for 10 mins then i'll one v one you and put a lethal on

random: where you going and what one

me: **** c4

Now I realise **** can be seen as a bad word but as I'm from the UK where it means cigarette and the context of the conversation I believe I have been wrongfully reported and banned. any help would be greatly appreciated and I apologose again if this forum
is in the wrong place

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

Considering the word is blocked out on the forums, it would still be bad enough for the enforcement team to issue a suspension.

Was it an in game ban or an Xbox Live account ban? If in game, then you will need to contact Activision, but if Xbox Live account ban, you should check on the Xbox enforcement website here https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.

The ban doesn't show on the enforcement site because it's not an account ban. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans. You can find information about device bans at https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans
