Xbox Live Enforcement and Ambassadors

Hello,

I have had Xbox Live for nine years now. I would like to help out the Xbox Community by becoming an ambassador, but i am unable to due to Xbox Live Enforcement suspending my communications for 24 hours because of a catfish that called me a dumb*ss. I responded
to him using the word cr*p in my sentence and somehow I was suspended for using that word. I have reported 3 other accounts so far which have had very derogatory terms in them, and they have all been taken care of. I have been trying to make the community
safer, but it is hard without being an ambassador. If any other Microsoft employees, Ambassadors, or Enforcement. members could respond at your earliest convenience I would greatly appreciate it.

ambassadors have nothing to do with enforcement either.

ambassadors are just people who applied to be one. and have moderate knowledge of xbox system and live.

 

Enforcement United Ambassador Program

I just want to clarify why you need to be an Ambassador in order to be a member of the Enforcement Team Beta.

From the Enforcement Team FAQ:

Why is the beta only open to Xbox Live Ambassadors now?

We are gradually rolling out Enforcement United, and the Xbox Live Ambassadors are a great example of members who are already proactively encouraging a positive sense of community on the service. Current Xbox Live Ambassadors who meet qualifying criteria
can register now, and we plan to make the program available to broader Xbox Live members in the coming months.

 

Unfortunately one of the requirements for becoming an Ambassador is that you have no prior enforcement history on your account. There is no way around that or any way to fix it. You don't have to be an Ambassador to help people or help keep the community
safer.

 

I have had my Xbox account for almost 7 years with no problems ever being suspended or anything I am currently on a enforcement suspension and my Xbox I’d is suspended to to this enforcement I have filed a claim and apologized for any misunderstanding and
hope they fix this issue soon considering I’m currently paying for Xbox live gold and can’t play any games online or communicate with friends family. Thankyou in advance help please

 

The Xbox Enforcement Team does not monitor these forums.

7 years or 7 days, regardless of how long you've been an Xbox Live member, we're all held to the same standard. The Code of Conduct is there and if there is a violation then the Enforcement Team will do what they do.

Payment of the service does not override the actions we're required to follow as well.

Most likely you're going to have to ride out the suspension but keep it in mind if someone says something to you, don't respond back to them. Just report and block the player.
