    Does this make any since? The video that was banned had no players involved. It was my friend confronting his girlfriend on cheating and did not even know how to use this properly and uploaded it to xbox live. This is not a repated offense but a first
    time offense. As a 15 year customer i thought that there would a temporary suspension but nop first time permanently. I know that i am responsible for who uses my account and if i was given a chance i would lock my account and make sure that no one even my
    friends who visit would be able to do this again. I have went for 15 years without any bans and have a good reputation in the community of xbox live. Please be considerate of what happened and allow me to be a part of xbox live and let me right this wrong.
    I promise if given a chance that i i will never allow my account to be used be anyone accept me. I know i am responsible for this account and the actions of the users is unacceptable in the eyes of xbox live enforcement team. Please dont punish me for this
    without first giving a chance to rectify the situation. XBLPET Kappa please review this and reconsider. Thanks and any imput from any one is greatly appreciated.

    Trash talking itself is not against the rules,it's what you say when you trash talk that can get you into trouble.

    Seems to me this individual was trying to provoke a reaction from you just so they could report you & they did.

    If you must respond to a message someone sent you then just do so in a way that doesn't break the rules.

    Whatever you said is blanked out on the forums so if it's censored here then it isn't allowed on xbox live.
