Xbox Live enforcement action

I just talked to support and it wasn’t very helpful. I know full well my acct is suspended for a week. Its just not showing up as suspened... so I can’t request a case review.

 

Thanks, mine shows account is perfect but no explanation or case review avaiable. Wish we could find out.

If there are no entries via Xbox, then this may have been enforced by a game developer/publisher. If Xbox Support over the phone do not see anything on your records, then it may be worth looking into what games you have played recently and to recall if there
were any incidents. For instance, you may have joined a game/room including players that were breaking the Code Of Conduct, that you might have got roped with.

We can only advise you to ride out your suspension time.

It shoild be noted that ingame suspensions will not show on enforcement site as its with the developer if you can sign onto live but not your game then its a game suspension

Also signing in on your xbox will tell you the type of suspensiom whenevrr its a communicstion keep it rated e for everyone or gameplay

They will never give you exact details as it prevents retailation

Also if you are using chrome thst would be why best to use firefox edge or IE

Will you share the number I should call for support?



I was reported immediately after all my items were stolen by a hack/cheat in Fortnite’s Save the World.

I chatted with Microsoft Support and was told to wait for the active Suspension (link??) to appear to request a ‘case review’. Its been over 24 hours and there is still nothing on my accout to request a case review. It this was a legitimate suspension,
I would ride it out. Thanks for your help!

 

Support no longer have a direct number to call. As stated previously, you would have to go through Contact Us | Xbox Support and request a call back or chat with support. However, since support does not handle enforcement issues, there really
isn't anything they can do.

 

Thank you, how do I address that the website is not working properly (not just me, according to these other posts having similar problem) to there being no Posted enforcement??

 

You can try contacting support to pass the issue along. I know forum support has seen it as well but I'm not sure if it's already something being worked on.
