    Xbox Live ending 8 months early


    My parents gave me a 12 month Live membership for Christmas because my previous membership was going to end soon. I had to use the new code in March I believe and everything seemed fine. However it has only been 4 out of the 12 months and the membership
    ends today. I still have the gift card. What should I do? How can I get my remaining time back??

    I dont remeber ot doing that. I applied the card AFTER my ultimate subscription ended.

    I was not aware of this, and it wasnt explained when I uploaded the 12 month prepaid card when ultimate expired. Isnt there anyway to get the rest of my year?

    Did you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate?

    Since Ultimate includes Gold, any Gold you add while you have Ultimate gets converted to Ultimate as well. If you add the Gold while you have Ultimate, it is converted based on price rather than time. 12 months of Gold is equal to 4 months of Ultimate. Which
    would explain why it ended with your Game Pass subscription ending.

    You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but when you add the code the system does warn you that it will convert the code and tell you how long it will convert it. By completing the transaction, you agree to the conversion. So they may not

    Yes I did have ultimate, and I was not aware of that conversion. Is there anything I can do?
