Xbox Live Email recovery

Hi, recently I have been attempting to gain access to my email account after it I was blocked for suspicious activity. The questionnaire I need to validate it is insufficient as the email account is used solely for xbox live, thus I have not sent emails,
have other contacts with which to fill it out. The following was the last response I received from Microsoft.

"Upon checking, our system has detected suspicious activity in your account and blocked it to prevent any violations. We will be able to unblock your account after you have completed the Microsoft account validation process. "

"Alternatively, please be advised that Xbox support has their own process of validating account ownership using your Xbox information. Since we have found that you have an active Xbox subscription, we suggest that you contact them first. You may post your
concern at the Xbox forum or contact them through the numbers given below:"

Can anyone help me regain access to my account please?

Managing My Live account

here's a problem... i cant sign into my @live account, (forgot pass) and the recovery email no longer exits..... so how can i change the recovery email to the main email i use now?

Try using the password recovery, and checking all your e-mail accounts. The one with the password recovery email is the one
that you will use to log into "eRa Frisbee Jr" on XBOX live. Thanks!

 

The account is separate from this account which I haven't used in years.

My advise is to contact them via the Phone number, since that should result in quicker interaction and hopefully a solution too.

support.xbox.com/contact-us (Be sure that the region in bottom left corner matches your region)
