Xbox Live Email Account Issues.

So a while ago I decided to try and make a second Xbox Live account and link it to my recently created hotmail account. Whilst making the account (on the Xbox) the system encountered an error which caused the account creation system to crash. The Xbox account
was made and linked to my hotmail but its unusable. I can't sign into it on the Xbox and whenever I click the my account button on PC it idles on refreshing.

This wasn't much of an issue until recently I decided to change my main account over to a newer email address, one that I have access to. I tried switching gamertags and it won't work because there is already one linked to my newer email. By the way I no
longer have access to the old email linked to my main account and that's why I need to change it, so I can use Skype on the X1 properly with my actual Skype account (That is linked to my newer email).

I was just wondering if there's any easy way of terminating an Xbox Live Account without terminating the email account (because I need it for work) or if there's any way of finishing the account setup so I can switch the 2 gamertags between 3 emails like
support suggests. Its frustrating and I'd rather not have an entirely separate email just for Xbox.

Please respond asap, if there is a phone number or something I can call Microsoft support on it'd be greatly appreciated if you could drop that in the comments below.

Also for anyone wondering the account I'm on now is the one I'd like terminated and my newer one I'd like linked to the email that is linked to this one is
[Mod Removed]. Would love Xbox support to come in an help with this!

I've had a live account for years now but when I set it up I used my gmail email. I also have an local free profile for my wife that I set it up using my Live.com email account. My wife's account doesn't have a Live gold pass so it's just a free local account. Recently I signed up for a xbox Live Music pass about a month ago and I've been enjoying it so far (gmail account)....so to the Issue.
I just got a new Windows phone. All sync'd up and working with my live email account. My music pass though is not showing up for my Live account so I can't sync up my playlist and such. There is also no option to "log in" to your music pass as it uses the account the phone is already setup with which is my Live account.

So how do I switch my music pass to be associated to my Live account? I've been trying for hours to just delete my Wife's free profile account so I can remove my Live email association but I can't figure out how. I do know that I'll have to change my XboxLive account name which is cool with me. But when I try to switch my account over it says My email that I want to use is already in used by a Xbox profile (Yeah, my wifes').

Have you got this resolved? My sister just got an Android and is having a similar issue. We wrote on the tech support forums and are just waiting for a response. I guess I'll give Live a call tomorrow if I can't figure it out soon. We both use my sister's free account so we are having the same problem. So frustrating.
