XBOX LIVE / EA ACCESS NO WORKING

Did you ever get a solve for this? Mine have auto-renewed as well and Xbox Live is working but EA Access isn't?

Same here. None of my xbox live features are working properly since the update last night. Cant access "Friends" "EA Access" and "Community" features, the "Store" or even the "Xbox Preview Dashboard"

Those games are from EA vault.

Do you have a subscription to EA access or a trial promotion for it from the new xbox?

I was on a gold trial as offered when I first setup my xbox one a few days ago

I downloaded games with gold without issue

e3 week you can download and play games from the vault until the 22nd without a ea access subscription

I tired to download one of the games and it didn't work

I paid for a gold subscription it worked
