    tenho assinatura xbox live e ea acces, renovei a xbox live dia 7/4 porem depois disso fica aparecendo uma mensagem de que uma das minhas assinaturas precisa ser renovada, nao consigo acessar os jogos do ea access e nem baixar os jogos do mes da xbox live
    gold, ambas as assinaturas estão validas porém aparece esse erro, estou a 1 mes sem conseguir arrumar isso, não havia acontecido antes essa é a primeira vez, ja entrei com o suporte duas vezes e nada, a xboz live renovou dia 7/4 é a ea access renova nos mes
    5. Por favor peço que verifiquem oque esta acontecendo.
