    Xbox live downloading games issues


    Before i was not able to do any new purchases on my xbox live account stating error code 8c150009( not mentioned in xbox error code link). So in frustration i decided to hard reset my xbox 360 and erased all my games and data. Now after hard reset i am
    not able to use my account for even downloading any games stating same error code in account setting and one more error code 8c15000c( i checked my billing details twice and its working fine with Microsoft account. I am simply wasting my xbox live days. I
    need help asap.

    I raised the same question on xbox support but no proper reply till now. The worst thing i can log into my xbox live account but cant download games. I never expected xbox support to be so unfriendly. Is there any other alternative to reach them?

    Sorry you're having issues downloading the game. Currently there is an issue with downloading items on the 360. Please keep an eye on the support page for updates.
