    Xbox Live has been going to absolute shit since November. Friends list down almost every single day.

    I'm just fed up with all of it to be honest. It's not like I have the free time I once had either. When I get on XBL it's down....

    Yeah, the Core services are limited. When I test my network connection it says there is a matchmaking service alert. I'm in D.C.

    Microsoft is currently performing Maintenance on Xbox Live right now so hopefully it will be up soon

    As far I can understand the service should be up and running. Are there some acts during the failure? Maybe the problem is in there now. Did you received some kind of error code what you can share? I can imagine that some of have tried everything yesterday.
