Xbox Live Down? Service info unavailable/cant sign in

is anybody else experiencing problems? i power cycled both my box and my modem and still no dice.. cant even sign in

Is anyone else having trouble with xbox live?

I try signing in but then it tells me it can't. Then I look at my network and it says I'm connected but "service info is unavailable."

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems.

Normally your can see the service status of xbl there. At the moment there are some issues on xbl so it may be that the one is not able to read the status and display it right now.

The status displayed there is the same you get more detailed at
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

 

Same thing here. First my friends list disappeared, then my pins, then denied access to hulu plus.

 

Mines down also, doesn't say anything about being down in the support section?

 

yup but at least the 360 works fine..guess its time to play skyrim

 

havent seen any alerts yet.. but if anybody from xbox is listenin plz fix this ish!

 

Same thing here. Please fix. Network says im connected and my internet on everything else fine. But wont connect to Live....FRUSTRATING

 

Same thing has happened to me as well.

 

I can't connect either. Thought maybe my live subscription was up, but nope, just renewed it last month for a year. Hope we hear something soon.

 

Unreal, I pay 9.99 for this service a month and I cannot even play a game I had to purchase for another 59.99 UNREAL, they need to start giving credits out for stuff like this.

 

Yep. Hadn't plugged my ethernet in for about 1-2 months. Last night I was given error code 80151909

Did ALL of the usual cache, router reset, factory reset network settings.

Still not able to go online. Last night I spoke to an XBOX Support rep. And we weren't able to resolve the issue, they told me to delete my profile, I did so and then couldn't recover it because I couldn't connect my XBOX to the internet.

Had to ask a friend to DL my profile on their XBOX and stick it on a USB stick so at least I was able to play offline.

I'm in the UK (Xbox 360 Orig) Sky Broadband.

Tonight I've literally spent hours hopping forums, cleaning the ethernet port, considering getting a solder gun out, resetting routers. Power Cycles... you name it, I've tried it.

My Ethernet cab;e works on my laptop and the XBOX goes through to test connection so, it definitely recognizes the cable

XBOX-->ETHERNET--(X)--INTERNET-->XBOXLIVE

 

I have a very bad problems too. Please help!

So, i got the message that my xbox live membership is ended. I decided to buy 1 month gold card ,so i bought it.

Microsoft sent me the mail that all was successful and i could play again.

But the problem started on the next day,right after 24 hours after i purchased it.

Microsoft sent me some mail again where they said that my gold status is ended ! I was shocked and disappointed.

I called Microsoft and they said that the system has canceled my purchased items itself. They apologized and sent me the new code. I have redeemed it right after i got it. And the errors i always get now :

SOMETHING WENT WRONG ....xbos-1005 and etc.

So ,does anybody know whats wrong? How could i resolve it?! Help me !
