Xbox Live Down On Xmas... What a Surprise!!!

I have no access at all to Xbox live. I tried to hop on Destiny about an hour ago and it said the Destiny servers were unavailable so I restarted my console. Since then it won't sign into Xbox live. It keeps saying to connect to the internet which I do
and nothing. You were warned ahead of time this would happen and lo and behold it happened. Not a good look for Microsoft. Hopefully all my life isn't stolen and this is fixed sometime in 2014.

 

Same problems here. Can't even get the first update to play any game on my new cob xboxone. Can't even put a disk in to play offline... what a joke.....

 

Same Problem Here.... I can't add my Xbox Live Account to my new Xbox One. It says the internet connect is "good to go" but I can't add a account or update the system. It continues to fail.

Why it is we must sign into play a game, that doesn't need to be played on-line, is beyond me. MS should be paying us to play this system seeing as they sell our private information to the top buyer.

 

Played GTA online for about 45 minutes this morning, logged off to eat, get back on to play story and it was down. cant even log in, it wont even try. Tried to run a network test on my 360, because the One has such a crappy interface and its not connecting
either.

guess I'll just read a stupid book.

Microsoft isn't doing something right and on Christmas of all days? Go figure.

 

Unable to sign in as well. Networks tests confirm connection, but no way to sign in.

 

Oh and Mister Quimby your website won't even show up for me either so that's cool. I'll just sit here smoke a cigarette and do absolutely nothing else because most places are closed and I can't play xbox. Oh hey I could go get Chil.... oh wait no I can't.

 

This makes no sense how this has to happen today!

Microsoft has plenty of money to avoid these kinds of issues. Or maybe they just don't care? Your servers and security should be top notch! I don't understand!

I now own the biggest paper weight that money can buy. It doesn't do anything, but hold the dust on my table down. Thanks Microsoft for making this Christmas everything that me and my kids would hoped it would be.
