Xbox Live Down On Xmas... What a Surprise!!!

So just as they said it would be, xbox one live is not working all. It all seems ok but when you try play anything onlne, it says this feature is unavailable. AND PLEASE MODERATORS DONT TELL ME TO START UNPLUGGING EVERYTHING I HAVE AND TESTING THE CONNECTON
BECAUSE ITS NOT WORKING. To top that, I just seen that they had the new movie The Interview available so I thought for a second before I bought it that it might not work, AND BEHOLD IT DID NOT, HIT THE RENT HD $5.99, IT ASKS FOR MY MONEY, IT TAKES MY
MONEY, AND DOES NOT GIVE ME A MOVIE TO WATCH. ONCE AGAIN MICROSOFT HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT GIVEN ME THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. WHAT A GREAT CHRISTMAS PRESENT.

Xbox live set up

can anyone tell me how long xbox live is going to be down for. Brought a xbox live gold membership for son for Xmas and still can't create a account so he can play his new online only games he got for Xmas.

I have to admit that even though live was down on xmas, the support twitter page was updated all day and it seems like a lot of people were working their butts off on xmas day. Must have been the worst xmas ever tp be working.

 

OK I found the movie, started to play it and it looks so terrible I cant even read the subtitles, the title of the movie looked like minecraft designed it is so pixelated. What ever happened to the download before watching feature? Where do I have to blog
to get a refund for this or will that never happen? And why have I never gotten more than 1.8mbps download speed? Can Microsoft not handle me taking more than 1gig an hour from them or what?

 

Mate it's a *** joke. I can't play any *** game and I'm downloading GTA and it's been downloading for about 6 hours and it's only on 12%. Microsoft best *** sort this out!!

 

I'm having the same problem! Got the master chief collection for Christmas and I can't even play it!

 

What a joke. Microsoft better fix this or I will just take this console back and get myself a nice little ps4.

 

I can't even sign in to live, even though I'm connected to my internet with an open nat, it just keeps telling me to sign in no matter what I do and to check my connection, check it, it's all good, but nothing happens when I try signing in and I just have
to try again and hey nothing happens just go check my connection again.

 

Ok my live was working just fine all morning seeing as i was online playing with others on warframe, but only just now did it not work and i want to know why...

 

Was working this morning but now I get error code 0x87DD000F

I'm using a wired connection and according to the built in diagnostics everything is fine but it ain't fine, I can't sign in at all. It says everything's connected in the settings but in the dashboard it says please connect to xbox live

 

Don't just blame the Xbox Support Team for having the servers overload because of us. Playstation Network is down as well and Steam is barely able to stay up.

 

What the hell! I get on to play and I cant even sign in! Come on Microsoft this is truly a joke to have the service down on Christmas day!

 

Perhaps they assumed no one would use Xbox on Christmas day I started to notices issues last night with staying connected. I was playing Destiny and hard rest my box twice and each time there was an update to download. Every time I called customer service
they assure me its not there end that my NAT is not fully open and I needed to open ports they listed for me to have a better experience. Note that the ports they gave me are your standard ports needed to be open in the first place if they were not open I
would not even been on the network to begin with

 

Yeah because 50,000 people just got a new system and are trying it out, clogging up the servers is somehow MS's fault. And they may even be dealing with some hacking attempt as well.

Calm down, remember that they will have it fixed eventually and that Microsoft employees celebrate Christmas as well.

 

hi just read online that both psn and microsoft having issues with the "lizard squad" hackers, microsoft says trying hard to get things back to normal!!!!!
