Xbox Live Down for the Count

I agree. Ever since the Windows 10 update, it seems the server keeps crashing every week. It's frustrating if you're trying to play clan battles, ranked games, etc. and get kicked off. You figure for as many people that pay $50 per year, they'd get all
these bugs fixed before launching or updating a product. It was working fine before the Windows 10 update. They should've kept it the way it was...WORKING! I even miss the old Xbox 360 chat and invite setup.

 

Did anyone take into account that it might be a competitor who is doing this under the table? I mean it sounds far fetched I know but I think it makes sense that the one way one's competition gets rid of competitors is to make trouble for them but have it
caused by someone else. I mean the competition can hire hacks to do the job for them and easily deny if the hired hackers are caught.

 

It wouldn't be so bad for me if i could at least play my digital games when i disconnect my Xbox from the Internet. I'm going to be REALLY upset if playing digital games still relies on XBL, dispite the claims that my collection would be safe from such conditions.
I expect some sort of explanation

 

I would just like an eta on a fix. Yunno sumthing usefull.

 

No nu hulu or netflix I mainly use mine for tv been down all night. Even trying to access the storage device to see what movies on there just spins

 

any eta on whne there goin to have it up and running ?

 

No netflix doesn't work or hulu. No apps

Not threatenin to switch or gettin all butt hurt, but would like an eta on fix cuz most of my content is digital so no playin on disk, plus id like to be able to grab some more games. These issues just suck and hope they can figure somethin out for the
people who do pay for gold and all that

 

I imagine this is worse for developers/publishers than it is for us. XBL store being down could hurt their sales.

 

Does anyone listen to the news or read it? A hacker group. I think new world something has taken live down for the most part. Daft your funny. I have both also and Live is down more than anything, but you and everybody else who ALWAYS says PSN is down more
than LIVE believe what you want, because that is what you do. PSN is up and running!

 

In my 13 years on xbox live & 5 years on PSN I can safely say that PSN has been down a lot more than xbox live.

Remember the ddos attack on xmas day 2014?

Xbox live was back up & running a few hours later,PSN was completely shut down for a few days.

That's just one example.

To say PSN is up more than xbox live is just ridiculous.

 

Just FIX IT! This is day number THREE, no XBL since monday morning. Status says up and running. I say B.S. Still no service. Don't LIE about service working when it's clearly still crashed!!

 

I really don't have any problems with my ps4. Ever. I just need to get on the preview program so I can try out ARK. Gamertag CUNexTime1 someone please send me an invite to the preview program

 

You don't need to be in the preview program to play ARK.

The game preview is completely separate from the preview program,anyone can access preview games from the store on your dash.
