Xbox live down for me

Hello.

Two days a row my xbox live dont work.

I wooke up and its not working making my console litterally unusable.

My internet is working fine, writing this post from it right now. But my xbox cant find it.

it even says my internet is fine and the problem is on your end.

When i turn my console of and take out my internet cable and the power cable and wait a minute then try to start it kinda works. well the store works but not my pins. and one minute after it stops working completly..

this is so annoying. i been in xbox support chat probably 6 times due to xbox live issues (4 times my 1 year xbox gold just disappeared and had you guys puttig it back)

Please help I cant stand this much more. Im an active gamer and I by stuff weekly of you. this shouldnt be happening so much as it does.

Xbox Live Down For Me?

I logged in this morning and the Xbox told me I wasn't connected to Live. I tried connecting but it wouldn't let me. I have Internet elsewhere---including my phone, PC and other consoles. Network troubleshooting on the Xbox One tells me I have internet too.
Yet, I can't seem to access any of the Live features. My Live profile is even logged in. I'm not sure what's going on here. When I try creating a party it says the feature is blocked and trying to check anything else, it errors out.

 

Xbox Live down - Unable to stream locally

So I cant use Pandora on the Xbox One because Xbox Live is down, which I understand. BUT are you telling me that I cant stream music from Windows Media Player on my PC to my Xbox One because Xbox Live is down? Because that is what is happening now. Why the hell would I require Xbox Live to stream music locally?

Don't worry, you are not alone. There is actually a problem with the core service right now which is effecting Xbox One. Please keep an eye on the below service alert page.

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

The tech team are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it, they will update that page once it has been fixed. Hopefully they remedy to problem soon so that we can get back to enjoying our games. I see you still have Xbox LIVE Gold Membership according
to this site, so please be sure to go back to chat support / phone support if it ends up falling off again.
