Xbox live down again

@tohellnback i was just going off a comparison someone else posted, noticed how you didnt pick up on that, probably as it was pro XO. p.s. i am on the PS forums and yes i moan when PSN goes down too.

@Ibakez i understand dude, but to me if nobody complains then that means everyone just accepts. I wont accept a service that doesnt do what its meant to do 100% of the time.

Its the XO fanboys who say suck it up because they have all day to spend on their xbox. I dont so when I do get on i want it to work.

@Genchy i wish there was an AA for XBL,would solve alot of problems.

Xbox Live Down again

Same here I've been down for 12 hours now

 

expecting 100% uptime on any network is unrealistic, and anyone trying to sell you on that idea is lying to you. it's not about accepting it, it's just the way the infrastructure is, Amazon/Google/Yahoo/Facebook have all been subjected to down time and it's
not a matter of their equipment not being good enough, or incompetence, it just how it is.

Guys, here are my thoughts on this. 1st off the "tell people to get a life thing" isn't really a valid excuse. some of us have a life and therefore have limited time to play so when we do have time, we want it to work. That is not a lot to ask for. With
that said, a little downtime is acceptable. some companies guarantee 99% up time, I think that's a very reasonable expectation. In a year there are 8760 hours (365 days * 24hrs a day) so 1% downtime would equal 87.6 hours. So if XBL is down for less then that
87 hours a year, that means it has an up time of 99%, I don't think anyone should complain about something that works 99% of the time.

 

Its views like the ones expressed in here why companies will never strive for 100% up time.

Lets just accept things cos thats the way it is????? No that is not the way forward. Always strive for better and ask for more. Thats how i feel anyway.

It may be WINTER for US peps, but it's SUMMER for Australia and New Zealand (area where I live). So yes, I'm enjoying the sun.... sun sun sun get some fresh air. There is NO XBL service alert for NZ it's green across the board for Xbox 360 and Xbox 1. If
you're positive, it sunny. If you're not, it's gloomy.
