Xbox Live Down again

On top of everything else they are giving us independent games for our games with gold now. Garbage service. Guess i will be rid of the bs when subscription runs out.

 

Xbox live fu*ks up at least once a month and they never do *** about it. No credits, no reimbursements, no anything! They take you money and frequently have problems with their service! Then on the phone, in chat, or on a forum, all of their piece of ***
support always give you some bu1! *** excuse.

 

What I find very telling is that earlier today they admitted that there were problems with purchases and xbl store, then the sign in problems but purchases were the first thing to be fixed. But if no one can sign in, how do you expect us to make purchases?
See the problem here?

 

This is ridiculous. I can't sign in and play. I'm getting real frustrated. Please fix the problem before I think about switching to Playstation. Please don't let me do it.

 

im getting annoyed because this *** happens often as of lately and i dont see myself or others getting a discount or anything

Getting close to the 4 hour mark for myself and still no dice. Glad I have a $500 paper weight at the moment.

Xbox live always has a problem, pretty much since xmas. The response from MS about this is shocking in it's absence.

There feels a mentality if they don't talk about it, maybe the punters won't notice.

Notice there is no-way to make easy complaints to MS, no email, all via chat and forum. Going to try the phone later to see if that offers any help whatsoever, but I doubt it.

I've been down for 12 hours and still no luck this morning!

 

Says to wait a few minutes or check account at account.live.com.

On the status page, it says only 360 is affected but I cannot sign in to the XB1.

There was nothing you could do about it since there was a server issue. In a case like that all you can do is check the server status page
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status for updates

Everything should be up and running again now so if you encounter any more issues please comment which issues you're still having or create a new post
