    Yup, well they try to bring it down quite a bit. But I am pretty luck as I said a few weeks ago.

    Its all the stupid DDoS attacks people actually pay to bring any service down so you can blame the people that want to bring the service down. If they never do it this wouldn't happen.

    You'll be happy to know they updated the xbox live status page. Added a sentence and changed "30 minutes" to actually spelling out "thirty". Hahaha thanks for the update Microsoft!!

  5. I am done with Xbox after my subscription is up in march. I've been with them for 5 years and this is the final straw. My Xbox live has been down 3 times in the last month . I pay for this garbage service and this is what I get. Thanks xbox

    I was really hoping that this was a one time thing. If it's mandatory I have an account it stands to reason that they would make sure the thing is up and running. Honestly only typing this because I'm so disappointed in Microsoft. All I wanted to do was
    play a game with my wife. Guess what you can't do anymore? Play a two player game. You know what you have to do? Buy two Xbox one's two live accounts and two copies of the same game so you can go into two different rooms of your own *** house and play over
    the two new headsets you had to also buy to play video game. That costs $900. then you get to do that once. Once I have played Destiny with my wife and now this ***. And everyone on this forum is right, we are absolutely in the dark and It took me over an
    hour to find out that *** was broken on Microsoft's end. How about an error message that says anything with information instead of a 15 digit alpha numeric code. We are people who read not computers.

    Xbox live fu@ks up at least once a month and they never do *** about it. No credits, no reimbursements, no anything! They take you money and frequently have problems with their service! Then on the phone, in chat, or on a forum, all of their piece of ***
    support always give you some bu!! *** excuse.

    Yeah it seems that some of us are capable of playing the video games that we payed for on the console we payed also payed for... thanks Microsoft for finally letting me play my games!

    It's kind of misleading that only "core services are down" and it doesn't indicate that, as a result, literally every other service is unavailable since you have to be signed in to do anything with this thing.

    Where can I place a formal complaint. I have lost all respect and faith in Xbox services. Clearly you thought your product was ready for launch last year. You should have held on to it for 2 more years and made sure you could provide a strong reliable product
    to your consumers. Maybe you should stop worrying about what you can add to the ability of the system and critique the system as it is now. Your to focus on attempting to turn a (at best) moderate product into a slightly better product. If the constant issues
    that have been occurring are eliminated completely or close to it, this system could very well be a solid product.

    How would you feel if you paid me to come fix your roof and as long as it didn't rain, it wouldn't leak. But when it rained I would tell you, my "guys are working on it to fix the issues asap, or o bubbled it up to the next level". And never came out to
    properly repair it because it worked when it wasn't raining. Thats how I feel. Horrible excuse with minor effort or repair on your end to make a long time consumer happy
