Xbox live double payment

Dear Xbox,

I was wondering why you write off money twice for my xbox live. Besides that, I was wondering why it's very hard to come in contact with you.

Last month I changed the card i use for renewing xbox live but looking into it a payments gone of both my new and old card one on 10/9 and the other on the 13th i thought it mean I'd have 2 months of gold but its expired after a month .

Hello worsthaar! you can proceed to make a refund here doing the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
3. Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.

I can't find it. But it's very strange that if YOU (XBOX/Microsoft) make a mistake by writing of money twice, I have to fix it.

 

When I request a refund it says: "Page cannot be found. We have moved some things."

 

It does not work, because the when I want to make a refund it says that the page has been moved.
