hi Microsoft i recently bought an xbox oneS and it came with a free xbox live 14 day trial but its doesnt work

It says its expired. Please if you could assist it would be great

Live dont work

There are currently service issues with Xbox Live. To check the status of it go to xbox.com/status, you can also sign-up to get notified on when the services are back up by entering your phone number on the status page.

Xbox live 5.00$ Code dont work!

Hey,

I got a US Account on my Xbox and buyed a 5.00$ Code but when I want to use it it dont work! I get the Errorcode 80122724. I dont know what to do..

The xbox live trial codes (as all xbox live codes) have an expiration date (one year from the date the code is issued)

I suggest you to contact your retailer to solve this issue

it is possible that does not work with your account because it is a free trial, that means it only works with accounts which has never activated xbox live gold
