I AM trying ti conectar at live, when In try in The conectar to live ícone nothing happens. I've done the conect tests and everything os ok.

Someone knows what could be happed?

How to connect to Xbox Live in X1

There is no button or menu to connect!

The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

Xbox Live is under DDOS attack at the moment. I'm sure MS will have it solved shortly.

Hey there,

Is there a specific error code you receive when you try to connect? Error codes normally look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000. Additionally, are you experiencing this on Xbox One or Xbox 360? Keep us posted!

Hi mister, i'm not trying to play multi-player, i can't connect my xbox to xbox live service. when i test the connection, it doesn't connect to xbox live.. I don't know if it is a problem with my connection o with the xbox live services...

yeah but the thing is i am connected to xbox live... even while playing wwe12 i'm connected to xbox live but i just don't get it...

you should also reset your router by switching it off and unplugging the power from the wall socket for 5 minutes.

allow the router to fully initialise after powering up before trying to connect the Xbox to the network.

if possible, try using an ethernet cable to connect the Xbox so that you can rule out problems with your ISP.

if you still have problems with an ethernet cable then you may need to contact your ISP to see if they are having issues.

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

Go ahead and perform a hard reset and power cycle of
your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

Next I would suggest, If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will
reset the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.
