Xbox Live doing nothing about harassment

I have contacted Xbox support several times about this issue, reference number 1402928902. My gamertag is and a fake account under the name [Mod Removed] was created in order to harass me anonymously. After approximately 100 reports of this account
and several contacts with Xbox support, still nothing has been done and the harassment is getting worse. Examples of activity prohibited by the Xbox code of conduct include “don’t engage in illegal activity. For example, don’t: ...spread lies about someone...
post a nude photo knowing the subject of the photo meant for it to be kept private., extort or otherwise threaten action unless you get what you want, don’t harm or harass.” This account is CLEARLY in violation of the code of conduct and is engaging in online
bullying that is starting to have an effect on me mentally. So why is nothing being done?

Have you also muted and blocked each person bothering you? I'm sorry to hear someone is bugging you like this, but there's not much else to do. If they change their gamertags, the complaints you file on them will still count, it doesn't matter, so if they
keep bothering you, keep reporting them. This way they'll see how many times you filed a complaint on them over the time.

 

Phone and chat support do not handle enforcement issues so they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. As long as you've filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will look into it. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

 

Stop hiding behind rules.

This is someone I know personally and I've been following what's been going on with her and how she's been trying to report this. When someone is harassing another player, maybe instead report the damn perv instead of saying pansy ass **** like 'calling
out other gamers is not allowed on the forums'. She's not calling out a gamer. She's calling out a predator who is harassing her.

 

The problem here is that she has tried contacting support, and they are not doing anything about it. So if u got a better idea, im sure we would be all ears. There needs to be action and there is none. I hope she continues to spread this guys gamer tag (or
w/e tag he uses) and spreads some awareness about the lack of action on Microsoft/Xbox's part.
