Xbox live doesn't work

Hi I took a couple day break from playing on my one because I was at a friends house and when I came back my Xbox one wasn't working properly. When I go to the network settings it says I'm connected but it says all my friends have been offline for xx amount
of hours but that number hasn't changed since I checked it. The store doesn't load and there are no offers for games anywhere like that normally is but if I click on twitch it will load then say it couldn't get my last saved data. If I back out of this screen
i can see streams (so internet is working?) But if I click on it nothing happens. Now I also tried YouTube but it said I need to sign in to an account with xbox live mbership. If I click on my profile it says that didn't work sorry give it another try.

Now I know my internet is working because my 360 connects and I'm using internet to write this. Please help guys I'm paying for this stuff and its not working :/. Thanks in advanced.(sorry for formatting I'm on my phone)

Yes! I have the same problem. I was worried that there was something wrong with my xbox one internally. This problem needs to be fixed. Also, did you try a hard restart on your xbox? I tried it and it didn't work, but it might work for you.

I fixed it! All you have to do is sign out and sign back in.

Hi Brad,there is no error message. I am using a wired connection. Cabled has a wifi repeater. Just the bouton connect doesn t work.

in Microsoft store I cannot log in. when i click on connect, it opens a page with tag: Let us help you connect

and at the bottom: continue. when i press continue nothing happens.OK now I have this:0x803f8001 when I start Sea of Thieve

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Try this, it worked for me after doing it and rebooting.

Open Powershell(in admin)

copy and paste below Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

and hit enter.
