Xbox live doesn't transfer from Xbox one to Xbox 360?

so I renewed Xbox live in my Xbox one but for some reason it didn't transfer to my Xbox 360 even though I have the same account on both? It says my Xbox live is expired. Any ideas?

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

Are you sure you applied the good to your acount as the master account or ankther profile
