XBOX Live does not work

Hello!

I recently have been having an issue where I cannot connect to multiplayer servers on my android device. It always says "You cannot play Online Multiplayer because of how your account is set up, Review and change your privacy settings at aka.ms/accountsettings".

I went to the website but I didnt find anything in specific I should have changed. Also I have not had a problem like this until just today. I have tried reinstalling the game, signing in and out of xbox live, and even deleting all the cache and app data
I could. But nothing works.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out as I am a youtuber and I like making content for my viewers. But if minecraft will not function properly I cannot do what I love.
