    trouble with wireless adapter

    factory reset i can now log in stays conected but if i turn off xbox it dose not start adapter no light i unplug replug works fine

    Sales and Specials app freezing xbox

    Mine does the same thing. I deleted it before updating to the Fall 2012 dashboard. Redownloaded it a few days ago, still crashes upon exiting the app. It stays frozen with just the background image shown. Where should we post about this? The XBL support

    Sorry to hear it. This may be an issue with your hard drive. Can you please try removing the drive and see if the issue continues? If it does then the drive may be failing and in need of a replacement.

    p.s.

    Your game tag is attached to your email address that you used to initially log in with on to xb1. The name tags stays with you as you log in to other xb1s. Through internet. But no Live Gold is required.

    This does not exist. There its no option to block purchases with a pin code. You can only block log in to xbox live. We want kids to be able to log in to xbox live but not make purchases. Do you get this non kid having people stay out of these discussions

    Halo Master Chief Collection not working

    I've been having the same issue. On Xbox One X it gets stuck/freezes on loading. After several attempts I left it on the frozen loading screen.. after 10 mins it loads in correctly.
    May I ask how you stayed on the frozen loading screen? Ten seconds after freezing on my Xbox One X the game just quits out. I cant stay on the frozen screen for long.
