Xbox Live does not connect on Xbox 360 for 2 days now!!!

My Xbox 360 is not able to connect to Xbox Live since yesterday.

First I tought it was on my end, but I checked everything and the test shows it's only the connection to Xbox Live is the problem.

My Xbox One doesn't have that problem.

My nephew seems the have exactly the same issue.

When I checked online it seems there are plenty of users experiencing that particular problem.

What's wrong? When will it be resolved? And will we get any kind of compensation?

Xbox cannot connect live. Trying reconnects 20sec

Terrible experience last 2 days. Xbox 360 does not connect to live at all now. I have been off last 3 hrs. Please fix this mess.

"Now you Have Xbox Live 2 day Trial for xbox 360". Not Working In xbox One.

I have a xbox one and added the free xbox live trial for 2 days but it does not work.

when added i saw it was Added OK.

The massage that was displayed is : "Now you Have Xbox Live 2 day Trial for xbox 360".

I do not know it`s ok that said it was for xbox 360.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to Microsoft has no obligation to give you compensation.

In the 12 years I've been on live it's been down about 5 times which is exceptional.

You could try the competitions live services,like the one that takes their service down on a regular basis just to perform updates.

Xbox 360 never stopped connecting, xbox one is working now xbox live is fixed and my nieces that I setup on christmas day.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Does the Xbox 360 provide you with an error message when it fails to connect to the network? Also, does it fail when connecting to network, internet or Xbox Live? We have an article entitled

I did try my hotspot from my iPhone and it still didn’t want to connect to Xbox live. My 360 does connect to my router and or hotspot and to the internet but refuses to connect to Xbox live. I’ve been hearing on Reddit from people saying that the authentication server for Xbox live called XEMACS has been offline for a few days.
