    xbox live doens't work


    hi, when ever i turn my xbox on, the console it self isn't connected to the internet, and when i do connect it to the net. i'm being told that my account has been suspended. i'm given the option to renew my membership, but i receive a status code whenever
    i try to do that. i know that there is money in the account as i've literally just went and checked. also my friends list has been wiped completely. and when i check my xbox account info i'm being told that i am a gold member.

    not sure what's going on here. but is there a way to fix this, as i'm on my summer break and the weathers poop. it sort of sucks being stuck indoors with no xbox.

    also when i try to do certain things from my pc. i receive an error also.

    what is the update for ?

    i get a update early

    But i still can't play xbox live because i get every time LOST XBOX LIVE CONNECTION

    HATE IT!!!!!

    when i get the update i think it wil fix my xbox live but it doens't doin that

    Unable to connect to Xbox LIVE after all support solutions attempted

    Setting everything to automatic (then reboot your modem, and your xbox) is the best bet.

    If that doens't work call your provider and get your IP information, then enter that.

    Hello TOROI,

    If your account is suspended, you can check why it has been suspended by posting a topic in the Suspension Forums:

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    Being suspended may wipe some of your features, and it will prevent you from signing in to Xbox LIVE.

    It seems to be a widespread issue with the wishlist and not a problem specific to your account.

    In this situation, I recommend reporting the issue to the Xbox team using the instructions from the following link:
