    IMO, Microsoft has totally nailed the digital delivery of XBOX games.

    It was the same discount for Gears of War, both disc and digital, and cheaper than Xbox Live.

    Can't ever remember there being a discount on xbox live gold based on gamerscore.

    offers usually appear on your dashboard if your a silver account.

    Other than that there are plenty of online stores that sell xbox live at a discount like electronicfirst.com

    Promotions are sent out at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There's no way to guarantee you'll get a specific discount offer.

    I think we get plenty of discounts already. We get the Xbox Live discount, GWG discount, Gamepass discount and sales that change weekly. It is really easy to find a game you want at a great price on Xbox these days.
