    Xbox live disconnects same time every night


    I will be watching Netflix or playing a game and Xbox live disconnects at the same time every night. I have concluded that it is not the wifi or Netflix service interuption. It is Microsoft and I would like to know why I pay to be kicked off of Xbox Live?

    Xbox Live and Controller disconnect and reconnect randomly

    Starting last night 4/22 my controller will disconnect randomly and the light will start the flash and at the same time my xbox live disconnects and reconnects. This happens about every 5-10 min. so makes it impossible to play online and is very annoying.
    All other devices on the internet never disconnect so it has to be associated with the xbox. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    It could be your ISP GIBE them a call and ask if they are performing maintenance..

    There are internet providers that update their system always around the same time.

    You would get disconnected when this happen.

    Some let you choose to change this updates to a other time you can choose from.

    Did you check if you have a fixed IP?

    If not you should maybe do that and see if that makes any difference.

    Been doing some experiments over the weekend and actually don't think it is time specific

    Basically I seem to get kicked from games every 1.5 to 2 hours ? Anyone know what could b causing this?

    As I have exhausted all options with the ISP .....funny that it is only noticeable on Xbox and no where else?
