Xbox Live disconnects once my TV is turned on.

Ok so my xbox will only sign in if I turn my xbox on first and then turn my tv on. But once I turn my tv on it disconnects my live. If I have my tv on first it won't sign in at all when I turn my xbox on and it will say there is an error connecting to xbox
live. I know xbox live is working while my tv is off because I can here advertisements through my surround sound, receive messages, or hear when a friend logs online. But, lets say I then turn my tv on and go to read a message that was sent to me. I'll click
on the unread message and it won't load. After sometime it will say I was disconnected from live. Any Ideas of what this could be?

No Picture/Sound with DirecTV - Sync Issues?

The same promblem here.

My box (TV d'orange - France) is connected with an Hdmi 1.4 on my Xbox One.

After a long time with my Xbox One turned off, Xbox One is not able to play TV. The picture stills in "pause".

I have to disconnect the power cables to solve the problem and re-connect them, each time.

Hi thanks for the advice but it's still the same, I can disconnect my controller and it runs fine on the batteries. What I have found once I got it turned on is that the Xbox button is unresponsive, so I'm guessing that's the fault.

 

Hey mate, I have never seen or heard of this issue and I couldn't find anything online, so I'm just going to throw this out there.

Is your TV connected to the internet itself, like is it one of those smart TV's that has it's own internet connection and browsing features? If so there could be the possibly that when you turn the TV on it's taking the Xbox's IP address and kicking you
offline in which case I would set a static IP for the console itself.

If your TV isn't a smart TV then I would not have the slightest clue as to why this is happening.
