Xbox live disconnects once a day; worked fine for 2 years

I've had my xbox for almost 2 years now and it worked near perfect the whole time. But recently it has been disconnecting about once a day. I can usually just restart the modem/router and it will work, But sometimes, usually on the weekends, it will disconnect
and wont reconnect for 2-3 days. It says that the Xbox can connect to the router, but the router cant connect to the internet. I know thats not true because every other device me and my family have work just fine on the internet. The only thing I did recently
that changed our router settings was set up port forwarding so me and my brother could play terrarria on a server and I disabled that, which did nothing. I've tried everything that usually helps and nothing has worked. So if anybody knows how to fix this,
I'd really appreciate some help.

X-Box Live Disconnecting Randomly

Having the same problem with my xbox one, had it 3 days and worked fine for 2, this past day has just been constant disconnects after around 10 minutes of play time, but immediately reconnecting to xbox live.

Tried all kinds of things to get this back but seem to be getting nowhere.

 

xbox not reading disc

so i tried all the stuff the website said and still nothing.My xbox has worked fine for the last 2 years been playing games and dvds then on day i go toplay a game and nothing what gives?
