So all day I've been trying to fix my connection.

Basically i can play an online game for 5 mins before my Xbox One disconnects from LIVE.

Any help available?

Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition: Connection Failed

Start with Pawncrackers, just disconnect your xbox from the live service during Minecraft play.

 

Frequent disconnects

I disconnect quite frequently if my xbox is sitting idle, or am playing a single player game. Never disconnects during MP games though - very strange indeed.

 

Same thing happening to me, I've tried everything.. I've got 50mb download and 15mb upload but 164ms ping..

 

Hey guys, I've been having the same thing happens to me on BO3 like every other game I play online, whether it be multiplayer or zombies. But I think I've noticed that mine seems to only be happening with the accounts that use a shared Xbox live gold from
using the Home Xbox feature. The main account giving out the shared gold works just fine online, but if I try and play with the other accounts online, they disconnect from all online services about every 15 minutes or so. This also happens on some of my other
games too, like Minecraft and GTA V. Somebody please give me an answer!

 

connection issues usually aren't profile specific , you could try and delete all the profiles and re download them but usually xbox live disconnects are related to your network setup...

 

Xbox One - having same issue. Started maybe 3 days ago. I lose connection for just a second (enough to drop me from multiplayer:/ ) and then it connects right back up. It happens roughly every 15-30 minutes. Argh!

 

And... The first person who tells me to hard reset my Xbox, or reset my router, I will find you, and slather you in anchovie juice. I've had the same setup for 9 years, it's ALWAYS on MS's end, with the occasional .01% time it's my provider... Though, they
are getting a call next. In Missouri, btw.

 

The superhub has been having connection issues but its an easy fix. This is the link to the support forum on their page to help you fix the issue.
