    Hey guys,

    Well where to start....

    I've noticed the Xbox live disconnection issue when I first started playing ghost recon wildlands. I would be in the middle of playing and Xbox live would disconnect me. Fine I figured it was an issue with the game just sucked it up when it happened and
    continued to play. I reinstalled my profile that didn't work reset my Xbox that didn't work. On top of that I'm seeing issues with Netflix and MLB.tv and wwe network. Saying check my internet connection. Yeah well everything on the xbox says I'm connected.
    My PS4 is working just fine. My internet speed is just fine and I can't figure this out. The frustration is real. Is there a way to maybe reinstall an update? Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry to hear about the disconnection troubles! If you're still having issues, please check out this

    Xbox Live Random Disconnection Troubleshooter     and run through all the provided steps. If you're still not able to keep a connection let us know so that we can continue troubleshooting this.

    Hey there eddiethekiller,

    Sorry to hear about the disconnection issues. Have you been able to try this guide for random disconnection issues? You might need to do something as simple as restarting your internet modem and router. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    It may just be a problem with the Xbox Live service. This tends to happen. It is annoying when you can not connect to play with people.

    Did you find a fix or this? Have you opened your network ports? Check the link for what ports to open for Xbox Live. Usually when friends of mine have the issues you have I open their ports and the issue stops.

    This has sometimes happened to me if there is a "hiccup" in my network connection. The Xbox momentarily disconnects from Live, and while it isn't enough to completely boot you off of Live, it is enough for the highly finnicky Netflix app to recognise that
    you've disconnected. There may be a problem with your network somewhere.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with disconnection from Xbox Live. Have you tried hard resetting your modem/router? Unplug and let sit for 30 seconds before plugging back in. You should also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix app.
