    XBOX LIVE Disconnection Issues


    Random xbox live disconnections is ruining my gameplay.

    I would play fine for about half an hour and then out of nowhere "xbox live has been disconnected."

    I would try to reconnect but sometimes it would give me an error telling me to quit the game and test connections.

    I've researched and tried everything.

    Powercycled and cleared cache on xbox and modem many times, NAT is open, Port forwarded all required xbox live ports (80,88,3074,53). DMZ is off. I even went further and used a static IP for the xbox and I reserved that IP in my router dhcp reservation list.
    I don't understand what is going on. I tried wireless adapter or wired ethernet too. This only happens on my xbox, and nothing else.

    Any help appreciated.

    Yes, I do experience disconnections (both from game and Xbox live) as well as extreme latency issues.

    as for my issue i am having disconnection issuses after a xbox live update as i just entered the xbox live beta preview update program update i just had

    every game i start up its signing me out of live and when i exit game signs me out of live

    i try sign in tells me to add security email password i do that i get error code n stops me from connecting bk plus im having party disconnection issues i have xbox 360 slim

    Does the whole Xbox 360 disconnect from Xbox Live or just the game drops you to the menu?

    Disconnecting from xbox live is most likely a router issue. try disconnecting your router for 30 seconds and connect it back to see if there is a difference in connectivity.

    The issue is not resolved. Still plenty of 360 users having the disconnect from Xbox live issue. Clearly it's on Microsoft's end.
