Xbox Live Disconnection Experiment and Conclusion

Hello! I have read past posts about the random disconnections that other users are experiencing and I'd like to share mine. So this phenomena started about two weeks ago. I have never had this problem over the years with my hardware until now. So specs wise,
I have a motorola SB6120 for my modem and currently I replaced my DLINK 4500 router with a Linksys AC1200. As for configuration, I have set up static IPS for all of my devices as well as configured my ports. I have configured my Firewall on my computer to
allow maximum traffic and minimizing threats. I conducted several tests to understand how and what is occurring:

1. Replaced my DLINK 4500 Router with a new Linksys router.This action alleviated the issue for only a couple days.

2. Contacted my ISP, Optimum Internet, and deduced that the issue is caused by them. They diagnosed noise signals, packet loss, and the physical line that leads directly into my apartment. Everything checked out. This issue is not their fault.

3. Directly connected my computer to the cable modem, the problem no longer persisted - but why?

4. Checked router logs indicating that there is a signal drop but only momentarily. This lead me to one by one connect devices to the router to specify the source of what is causing the disconnections. I add devices in hour intervals to make sure I have
consistent data and observation of what is occurring.

5. My xbox is connected to the router via Ethernet cord, network settings are all green but the problem arises. This leads me to believe that the xbox is indeed the source of the disconnections. I provide the following as evidence:

• I connect my xbox and play a game on xbox live, this is the best indicator because it directly demonstrates when I disconnect.
  
• I observe the data logs directly from my cable modem through its IP address.
• I then disconnect the xbox from my router and reconnect continuing to conduct trials to accurately discern the xbox, in contrast to other devices, as the source.
  
• Observing while the xbox is on and when disconnections occur, live disconnects and a new data log is entered as the cable modem times out and retries to connect.
  

Conclusion - There is a correlation that my xbox is causing my cable modem to time out periodically and randomly. My question is, what is causing this? and What Can I do to alleviate the issue?

As the disconnections where random, I thought interference might be causing this. So I need to experiment.

The battery issue is my main problem though.

 

X1 Desperate Help !!

I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

 

Update - I connected my xbox one via Wirelessly and the problem persists.
