Xbox live disconnecting

I bought my xbox1 yesterday and everything was fine the 1st 24hrs but got back from work today, started playing online multiplayer and I just keep disconnecting every 10 minutes or so from xbox live and it is just really annoying. I am using my wireless
connection but that shouldn't be a problem because my broadband is amazing and the rest of my devices like my 360 laptop and all are fine connected wireless. my nat is also on open.

X1 Desperate Help !!

I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

If you have a few wireless connections something like your phone or laptop maybe using all the bandwidth for your wireless when syncing email and whatnot. could also be interference from something else. Power cycling your router will give it chance to find
a channel with less interference. See of the same thing happens with just the xbox one connected.

 

it was fine the 1st day =S but yeah i did all of that already. it still dcs after like 10 minutes

Is UPnP Enabled? I dont know what upnp is

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? nat type is open

Any Error Codes you encounter: no

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): virginmedia

 

I to am having the same problems as you. Today it seemed to be working fine, but 99% of the time I can barely get 5 minutes in a game of CoD:Ghosts or FIFA14 without disconnecting.

I think it must be something to do with the connection between the XBOX One and the SH2. But whos main fault it is I am not sure because both sides have done fixes which has improved this (The Feb update stopped the whole "going from Open to Strict NAT type"
situation).

My Internet seemed to be really bad yesterday (23.3.14) and continuously dropping throughout the day (on everything) so there may have been a hotfix of something which sorted this problem out. Not sure though, I will let you know if I still run into problems.

 

I can try to assist but I need more information. Go to Network settings and test your multiplayer connection. When it says 'It's all good!', hold down both triggers and both bumpers for a second. The detailed network statistics screen should display. Please
provide all the information in here including the wireless strength and detailed NAT information to help troubleshoot.
