Xbox Live Disconnecting constantly

I keep getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live while playing games, or even just trying to start them up. I'll be in the middle of a match on Halo, or during a mission on Destiny and it will disconnect. When I try to reconnect, I get the error code
8015190E from 2-5 times when trying to reconnect, and when I back out to the Dashboard or restart my console it connects back just fine for the most part, except for today. I've had this issue for the last 2 months, and today I was constantly disconnected
when starting Halo: Reach, trying to play Destiny, and was disconnected during Left 4 Dead 2.

I've done the cache-clearing, deleted profile, restarted console, reset factory settings on the wireless router, and even got a new hard drive and I still have the same issue. I tried contacting support already but they didn't help. My internet connection
is fine and any other devices in my house work fine, along with games on my computer. My ports are open as well, usually have Open NAT, even when I set the IP address manually on my router. I don't know if it's just my account that's blocked by Xbox for some
reason. According to the error code it's one of the following:

• There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
• Your Xbox Live account has been temporarily blocked because the system detected suspicious activity.
  
• The profile stored on your Xbox 360 console is corrupt.
• Another profile has signed in.

The service shows it's up, I've redownloaded my profile about 5 times now, and my profile is only on my current console with a newer password. Only thing I could think of at this rate is that my account would be blocked or my connection to Xbox services
is being throttled.

This is extremely frustrating and a total hassle and waste of time and effort during games, so any possible resolution ASAP would be welcome.

SlanderousLIES, may I ask you what type of modem you have. Also are you connecting wireless?

This situation has occurred with myself and what I had to do to fix it was replace the modem and the router. Using applications such as Netflix and other streaming systems carries a heavy load on your router. Make sure your router can support the amount
of bandwidth you are using when streaming.

 

Xbox Live constantly disconnecting

I have a Belkin N+ wireless router (F5D8235-4). I am connecting both wirelessly and wired, does not seem to make a difference same problem occurs. The modem is supplied by Comcast, not sure of the model, did not pull it out to look.

I have been streaming this way for several years now and had no problems until a few weeks ago. Also, I am only having a problem with the XBOX live connection, nothing else. It would seem strange to me to have to replace my equipment because I am having
an issue staying connected to xbox live. Why is that so special compared to using a ROKU, Tablet, Computer, DVD player, or WII to connect and stream content? It seems more likely that it will be a problem with the Xbox service. I plan to try to stream during
what would seem to NOT be peak hours on the xbox and see if that makes a difference to rule out the service being over used and unable to handle its load.

I'm still having this issue constantly. Would formatting the hard drive help at this point? It's the only thing I haven't tried.

 

Never mind, formatting the hard drive entirely didn't help either.

Apologies for the delay and thank you for your information. The gateway you have is

notorious for not playing nice with the Xbox consoles. You may want to consider swapping out your ISP's gateway for a router/modem combo of your own as that generally provides a more optimal Xbox Live experience.
