Xbox Live disconnecting at random times

Hi Heiki69Hauge,

Don't see how it can be something at MSFT/Xbox end, as your friend's Xbox One seems to work properly with your network connection.

If you haven't already, plaese go ahead and try connect your Xbox One with an Ethernet cable, to determine if it's actually your wireless connection that is being the troublesome.

I would also suggest that you delete your profile off your console and re-download your profile from Live.

I had this problem myself a few days ago. Here's the steps I went through to resolve it... Haven't had the problem since...

Hold down power button for 10 seconds or until console shuts down just pressing the button to shut it off isn't enough.

Once console is shut down unplug the power from both the console and the electrical outlet. A light on your console's power brick should be orange. Wait for the light to go out before plugging your console back in and turning it back on. When you plug your
console in plug it directly into a wall outlet, NOT a surge protector or power strip.

Once your console is turned back on navigate to Settings > All Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear > Restart
