    hello

    Since 3 weeks, i am not able to connect to xbox live even if my account is valid up to october 2018.

    i had Microsoft support online and i did not get a good support. it is my problem....

    i have followed their recommandations (just reboot the unit) and i still get the same error.

    My IP connection works normally, no modifications.

    The support indicates that many people suffer from the same issue. So the root cause can be only on xbox live servers.

    During all my tentatives, once i have been connected 15 minutes to xbox live !

    is someone had a solution about this issue?
