    Xbox live disappeared


    I purchased the 12 month xbox live package for my birthday 2 months ago and out of nowhere today its telling me that my subscription has expired and I need to pay for a new one. This same exact thing happened last year and I don't know why. I didn't cancel
    my subscription and I'm 100% sure I purchased the 12 month package. How do I get it back?

    Games DISAPPEAR from digital library (May 2019)

    They dont disappear from your digital inventory you just lose access to them until you renew xbox live

    But even so thats not the case i have Live and my games disappear

    If you were sharing gold from someone else, they would need to set your new console as their Home or you would need to purchase gold on your account.
